Prepare a project inquiry

  1. List each item by equipment brand, model, manufacturer part number and quantity. Specify whether you need individual pieces, metres or kits.

  3. Compare your part numbers in the catalog. Before ordering, ask an adviser to confirm pricing, availability and any proposed substitutions.

How to identify a spare part without dismantling equipment

  1. Look only at what is visible. Do not dismantle covers or touch energized or moving equipment. If the nameplate cannot be seen safely, stop and consult a qualified technician.
  2. Write down the brand, model and part number exactly as shown on the nameplate or packaging. A clear photo of the nameplate and another of the visible part can be useful references when you ask for help.
  3. Only if the part is already separate and safe to handle, record the relevant measurement with its unit, such as outside diameter in mm or length in inches. Skip measurements you cannot take safely.
  4. Describe what you noticed and where the equipment is used. If a number is missing or parts look alike, ask a human adviser to confirm compatibility before buying.
